COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • In the broadest terms, our projects include a strategy session, an initial design stage, typically 2-3 revision stages and a final proof for sign off. This process can vary slightly, depending on the nature of the project and additional amendment stages can be quoted upon request.

  • You must have all your content and homework ready to go before our agreed upon start date. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/ or a restart fee. The best projects are well thought out and prepared before any designs are conceptualized. When the project goals are finalized before the project, you and I are working with clear direction, purpose and a mission.

  • I will provide all the necessary files for web and print, this includes vector AI and EPS files, PDF, JPEG and transparent PNG files.

  • Whether it’s during the process or 6 months later. I will always accommodate your needs. Simply let me know and I will either alter your invoice or issue a new one based on my availability.

  • We will have weekly check-ins. All brand strategy sessions and presentations will be done over the phone or zoom. Email will be another form of communication.

  • Absolutely! Working with a designer is a big investment, so we try to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. We typically like to break it up into 2 payments depending on how big the project is. However, we’re flexible and are happy to discuss options that work best with your budget.
