One of my favorite parts about owning a design studio is that I get to connect with women from around the world.

MEET :CHRISTINE NILSSON- FINANCIAL COURSE CREATOR

When Christine first got in touch with me, I was delighted with the mission behind her course. Speaking with friends and family she realized that small business owners felt put-off and scared of the accounting component of running a business. ( I can definitely relate to that!)

Christine felt that designing an online course to help small business navigate the financial aspect of the business would be the perfect solution. Now that she has the idea and course content! It was time to brand her course, so this is where I came in!

Christine had a smaller budget so we decided my Brand Intensive package would be the perfect fit to get her started! A logo suite, color palette, font system and sourced images would allow her to set up her social media accounts and website.

While strategizing on the creative direction for FINANSFEEN, I determined that a few things would be our main focuses for the design:

  • The design would lean more towards a female audience but would still target a male audience.

  • FINANSFEEN’s brand personality would be Approachable, Authentic and Knowledgeable. 

  • We didn’t want it to be stuffy and too corporate, we wanted to incorporate her love for the outdoors and horses. A large percentage of her target audience are in the equine industry.

    With those main focuses in mind, we envisioned a bold and confident font for the logo.

THE OUTCOME

For this brand we wanted it to be modern, minimal and authentic. We wanted to make sure that it appealed to her broad target audience within the equine industry. The color palette is inspired by the wild Norwegian landscape, it instills trust and sophistication. This identity is not only timeless but it will grow as their business expands.
